We use the utmost care when managing your moulds, with computerised management procedures for mould maintenance and repairs and special mould storage and identification procedures to ensure that the moulds are highly productive and long lasting.

Mould warehousing

Your moulds are stored in a protected environment. To physically conserve your moulds and the pieces being processed, we use a large covered warehouse to safely store these important productive investments.

Mould storage

At FPT - Fonderia Pressofusione Tapparo, we have 600 square metres of covered area entirely dedicated to the orderly, careful storage of your moulds to guarantee the best possible storage.

With our storage facility, your mould is always available and properly preserved in order to guarantee a long life. Our mould storage team is at your complete disposal to provide you with all the necessary information.

Digital mould identification sheet

In order to best manage your moulds, each is accompanied by a digital identity sheet. In this way, we provide each mould with its own specific documentation that allows us to schedule maintenance and trace its production and maintenance history, accompanied by images of the most important events.

Our mould-storage team also sees to the arrangement in appropriate environments, guaranteeing maximum attention for your investment.
