FPT - Fonderia Pressofusione Tapparo produces die-cast products.
We believe in a culture of knowledge at all levels and in all areas, considering it a vehicle for the promotion and development of the community. For this reason, in 2019 we supported initiatives at some of the primary high school institutions in Brescia that believe in expanding the educational offering and have implemented extracurricular initiatives with a great impact on pupils' motivation, realising an important study of school topics beyond the field of die-cast products.
The latest initiative supported was at the Enrico Fermi classical high school in Salò, which participated in an important theatrical review in Syracuse, one of the cradles of classical culture. In addition, we have supported higher education by supporting the Ghisleri prize in 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2023 a valid recognition of the merit of prestigious people in economics and society.
Jeet's 20th anniversary
at FPT
Sunday the 13th of August 2023, we celebrated the 20th anniversary of Jeet at FPT by having a happy and beautiful time of friendship of all Fpt Team.

Francesco Lamon: Olympic gold medal at Tokyo 2020
FPT (historical sponsor of the cycling club Biesse Arvedi Premac - Fpt ) is proud to announce that one of its athletes, FRANCESCO LAMON, has won the gold medal in track pursuit at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

Ready for EUROGUSS 2022
FPT - Fonderia Pressofusione Tapparo is always present at the main die-casting trade fairs along with the leading European die-casting foundries.
Present at EUROGUSS 2018
FPT was present at EuroGuss in January 2018.
Present at EUROGUSS 2016
From 14 to 16 January 2016, FPT was present at the most important German die-cast products fair: EuroGuss in Nuremberg. Interaction with foreign markets represents a stimulus for our company in the Province of Brescia to continuously improve our quality standards.
New investments
During the year 2021, a number of important investments in the area of safety were initiated. A new diecasting machine and a three-dimensional laser beam measuring instrument were purchased.
2019 saw the start of the new filtration and abatement system for oily mists and oven fumes, all for the benefit of environmental quality. Also in 2019, a very modern machine was installed for the radioscopic control of die-cast products, capable of mapping and quantifying the areas of porosity from shrinkage and gas inside the die-cast products in order to minimise their presence.
During 2018, all the melting furnaces were completely replaced with new models that are more respectful of the environment and capable of melting aluminium while maintaining its metallurgical properties. A new spectrometer for raw material analysis was purchased. A new ZEISS measuring machine was purchased for dimensional testing along with a new robotic island. In April 2018, a new 400-tonne press was put into operation, equipped with all the necessary automation to produce die-cast products. At FPT, we continue to search for production improvements with an eye on quality and production efficiency.
Healthy sports promoted by FPT
On Sunday 22 September, the 26th competition of GS Gavardo was held - a historic cycling club that organises both the race and the team of athletes. FPT has sponsored this company for years. Sports embody the values of merit, sacrifice, skill and honesty. Through sports, young people can measure themselves against the world around them, finding that commitment and dedication always pay off.
These are the same values that underpin our operations at FPT - Fonderia Pressofusione Tapparo and this sports initiative promotes the brand and our corporate philosophy.
